Your selfie

Your photo is sent securely to an AI service to produce your skin analysis. We do not store your photo. Simulator images stay on your own device.

What we save

To create your report we save the name, age and concerns you enter, any quiz answers, and the AI results. Your report can be opened by anyone with its private link, so only share it with people you trust. If you use a practitioner's referral code, that practitioner can see and review your report.

Product enquiries

If you message us on WhatsApp to order, we keep your messages, name and delivery address to process your order.

Why we use it

Only to give you your skin report, discuss treatments and skincare with you, and handle orders you request. We do not sell your data. Results are cosmetic estimates, not a medical diagnosis.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@aestheticsbymarci.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
